Daré Vita Café, Latin for “Give Life”, is a first-of-its-kind breakfast and lunch cafe opening soon in Las Vegas. Built for individuals with food allergies, sensitivities, and autoimmune conditions (and the people who love them), Daré Vita Café redefines what it means to dine out safely.
Our entire menu is free from gluten, grains, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, with dairy free options at the center of every dish. From savory and sweet crepes to fresh roti wraps, smoothies, and scratch-made soups, every item is crafted with clean ingredients and full transparency, clearly labeled for the top 14 allergens.
Daré Vita Café is more than a place to eat. It’s a warm, inclusive space where nourishment, joy, and community meet.
