We, at Grain Free Mama’s, have been experimenting and cooking up delectable dessert treats that we can enjoy guilt free. The result… crepe-tastic!
Fourteen years ago, when I first began on this gluten free to grain free to edible grasses free way of life, there were not very many tasty helping hands out there. I had to learn how to cook literally everything on my own. It was overwhelming, difficult, and even daunting…to describe it a little. Over the years I have learned a lot. I am a scientist, by college degree, and so I put my experimenting experience to use with ingredients and recipes and trained myself to be natural food scientist.
So, as time went by, more and more people started to tell me I should put out a recipe book, write a book and take the Grain Free Mama’s baking mixes to market. I listened and have followed suit, but in the meantime I wanted to help others to find the help they need to make this diet transition. I want to supply people with the tools for success that I wish I would have had. (Update: Our new digital class, How to Eat Healthy, Grain Free For Beginners, is now launched!
